Job Description : DEPUTY SPARE PARTS HEAD NIGERIA Identify Spares Potential Network Expansion & Engagement Stockiest & Retailer Analyze, Plan, Guide RSM’s, ASM’s & Monitor Activities covering all Key Business influencer’s / Stake holders (Stockiest, Retailers, Fleet Owners, Mechanics & Riders) Study & Devise Stockiest & retailer scheme for business growth. Familiar/expertise on various Demand generation Activities Implement & Ensure Adherence of SOP’s - Standard Operating Procedures Sales Process implementation. Stock Audit & Claims Order Preparation & sales forecast. Maintain Healthy Inventory to reduce Sales Loss Team Competency Building: Train his team members (RSM’S & ASM’s) to improve their Selling Skills & Approach Ensure 90% of his team members achieve KPI. Case Studies: SWOT and generate Sales Pitch to promote parts. Accomplish Organizational goals & Initiatives within timelines with Accuracy. Human Skills to improve Productivity, collaboration, team spirit, and harmonious work environment. Graduate/ B.E.,/ MBA 15 to 20yrs of Working with any Automobile Manufacturer Preferably with 2wh & 3wh OEMs or Vendors Must have handled team size of 6-10 members. Must have handled a Territory equivalent to 3 or 4 states of India, like a Zonal Manager position. Preferences: a. One who has good Exposure on wholesale markets of India and has good repo with large distributors. b. One who has worked in multiple vendor companies that together attribute to 80% of parts being supplied for 2w or 3w. c. One who has exposure with Vendors or worked or part of parts procurement team who has good repo with vendor companies. d. Working at Senior management position like Vice-president, National Sales Head for any 2w or 3w parts manufacturing company Proficiency in English (Written & Verbal) Must have contacts in various vendor/Manufacturing units. Must have good repo with wholesalers in various countries including Indian wholesale markets. Must possess analytical skills and use MS Office tools efficiently (Excel, Powerpoint & able to use Functions to Analyze large data sheets like VLookup, Pivot tables, using logical formulas etc.) Must have Hands-on Experience to train & nurture sales team, if required. Must have exposure & hands-on experience in demand-generation activities. Must have handled Volumes of $500,000 to 1Mn per month. Must possess good Knowledge of Technical, Functional, distribution, Sales and Marketing Sound Health & ready to travel across the nation. Role & responsibilities
