This leadership role covers production, sales, logistics, and overall company performance, ensuring efficiency and delivering on strategic objectives. ???? Key Responsibilities ? Assist in planning, directing, and coordinating company operations ? Oversee efficiency across production, sales, and logistics ? Monitor business performance and lead improvement initiatives ? Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with company goals ? Lead, mentor, and motivate department heads and teams ? Manage budgets, resource allocation, and operational costs ? Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture ? Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards ???? Requirements ???? Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior management role (FMCG or food manufacturing preferred) ???? Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills ????
