Key Responsibilities • Lead regional sales teams across multiple African countries • Manage the full sales cycle – from strategy to closure • Align closely with production teams to meet market demand • Build and nurture client and government relationships • Deliver actionable market insights and performance reports ???? Your Profile • 8–10 years of sales experience in steel/manufacturing/trading in Africa • Strong techno-commercial knowledge and contract handling skills • Fluent in Hindi, French, and English • ERP proficient and well-versed in African business regulations • Age 40–50, entrepreneurial mindset, and a natural leader • Bachelor’s in Engineering / Business (Master’s preferred)
