Associate Director

Job Description : Quantity Surveyor – Associate Director London Leading SME with ambitious growth plans are currently expanding their operations and are looking for a Quantity Surveyor at Associate Director level in their London office. You will be responsible for carrying out pre- and post-contract quantity surveying duties, working on private developments as well as public sector projects, ranging from £1m to £350m. As well as fronting schemes you will be involved with team leadership & development fostering a collaborative, proactive team culture and ethos. You will also be involved with strategic business planning, budgeting, and commercial performance reviews. You will identify opportunities to add value through innovation, cost efficiencies, or process improvements and contribute to new business development, bids, and client presentations. You will ensure adherence to all relevant legislation, company policies, and health & safety regulations and promote sustainability and environmental best practices in cost planning and procurement. Previous experience working on residential projects is highly desirable.
