Reporting directly to the Group Chairman, the CFO will be responsible for driving financial strategy, managing reporting processes, optimizing the capital structure, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Requirements: Qualified CA/ACCA/CPA with over 25 years of finance experience, including more than 5 years in leadership roles within the Oil & Gas EPC and Fabrication sectors.
