Location: Singapore About the Role We are looking for an experienced Finance & Treasury Manager to join our Client team in AGri Commodity Space and support strategic financial operations across our global group. This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the Group CFO and Group Financial Controller, with responsibilities spanning fundraising, treasury optimization, and group-level reporting. If you have a strong background in finance and treasury, with exposure to fundraising, financial reporting, and cross-border operations, we’d love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities (A) Finance & Treasury (B) Accounting & Reporting. (C) Strategic & Cross-Functional What We’re Looking For Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Professional qualifications: CA, CPA, CFA, ACCA (preferred). Strong knowledge of SFRS, IFRS, and group financial operations. 8–12 years’ experience in finance, treasury, and accounting. Hands-on experience in cash flow forecasting, fundraising, and treasury management. Exposure to multinational operations and consolidated group reporting. Proven experience with loans, trade finance, and capital market instruments. Strong financial modeling, Excel, and ERP/reporting system skills. Knowledge of hedging strategies and financial risk management. Excellent communication and banking negotiation skills. Collaborative and proactive approach; able to work independently while aligning with group goals.
