Job Description : QHSE DIRECTOR UAE A leading contractor is looking for an experienced QHSE Director to lead the Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental function. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining QHSE systems, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement the company’s QHSE strategy in alignment with corporate objectives. Oversee and monitor QHSE performance across all projects to ensure compliance with statutory requirements, contractual obligations, and best practices. Lead and mentor the QHSE team, ensuring consistent application of policies and procedures. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in safety, quality, and environmental performance. Conduct regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments, and ensure corrective actions are implemented. Manage incident investigations and prepare detailed reports with preventive measures.
