Production Head

Job Description : Production Head – Apparel Manufacturing Industry : Garment / Apparel Manufacturing Location : West Africa CTC : 5000 USD per Month. Experience : 12+ years in garment production. We are seeking a highly experienced and result-oriented Production Head to lead and oversee our manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the entire production process from cutting, stitching, finishing to dispatch. Ensure production targets are met in terms of quantity, quality, and timelines. Coordinate with merchandising, sourcing, quality, and planning departments. Manage production budgets, cost control, and optimize resource utilization. Ensure adherence to compliance standards (social, safety, quality audits). Key Requirements : Graduation is preferred. Minimum 12 years of experience in garment manufacturing. Strong knowledge of garment production processes (knits/wovens/denim/etc).
