Finance Head

Job Description : Head of Finance Location: Dubai a global leader in their industry, is seeking to appoint a Head of Finance to lead their operations in Dubai. You will oversee finance operations in the GCC, ensuring accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, and effective collaboration with leadership. Support the Group Financial Controller with high-quality group reporting. You will support the Managing Director in shaping and executing business strategy. Deliver accurate financial reporting, forecasts, and analysis to drive operational excellence and informed decision-making. Lead financial planning, forecasting, and monthly reporting with variance analysis. Prepare financial models, bids, and proposals; support sales and negotiate on major payment issues. Guide project teams on performance metrics and impact measurement. Manage cash flow, working capital, and compliance with IFRS (including IFRS 15). Oversee payroll, accounts payable, credit control, and internal controls. Develop and lead a team of four, including IT support for UAE, Qatar and KSA. Ensure statutory compliance in UAE, Qatar and KSA, including VAT, audits, and tax filings. Enhance NetSuite functionality for process efficiency.
