18 yearsJob Description : FMCG BUSINESS HEAD NIGERIA Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: - Develop and execute long-term business strategies aligned with company goals and market dynamics. P&L Management: - Full ownership of the division's Profit & Loss, ensuring revenue growth, cost optimization, and sustainable profitability. Sales & Marketing Oversight: - Drive sales performance, brand positioning, and marketing initiatives to enhance market penetration and customer engagement. Operations & Supply Chain: - Oversee end-to-end operations including procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution to ensure efficiency and quality. Team Leadership: - Build, mentor, and lead cross-functional teams. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Stakeholder Management: - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including partners, vendors, and regulatory bodies. Market Intelligence: - Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to inform strategic decisions. Qualifications & Experience: - 18-20 years of experience in FMCG, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. - Proven track record of managing large-scale operations and P&L. - Strong understanding of FMCG market dynamics, consumer behavior, and retail/distribution channels. - MBA or equivalent degree preferred.
