Plant Manager

Job Description : Plant Manager* for East Africa Location *Department: Manufacturing / Production* *Required: 8+ years of experience in PVC manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a managerial/plant head role.* - Plant Operations Management - Oversee the entire PVC plant operations, including: - Extrusion Division – Pipes, conduits and other profiles. - Compounding Division – PVC granules, cable compounds, and pipe-grade compounds. - Injection Molding Division – Boxes, junctions, tees, couplers, consumer units, and other molded items. - Ensure smooth workflow, production planning, and preventive maintenance schedules. - Monitor raw material usage and ensure optimal machine efficiency. - Technical Expertise & Product Development - Apply chemical and process engineering knowledge to improve formulations and product quality. - Develop new formulations for compounds based on client or market requirements.
