Job Description : Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) Location: Abu Dhabi Sector: Multi-Sector 3PL Logistics (Government, Retail, E-Commerce, Industrial, Food, Automotive) The Opportunity: Our client is a market-leading third-party logistics provider with a national and international footprint, trusted by governments, blue-chip corporates, and fast-growth brands alike. With an expanding portfolio across high-growth sectors, they are seeking a world-class Chief Commercial Officer to architect and deliver the next phase of commercial expansion. This is a board-level mandate for a commercially fearless leader who can translate complex logistics capabilities into multi-million-dollar contracts. This will lead two stakeholders. A major Family Conglomerate and a $BN Private Equity. The Mandate Lead the full commercial agenda across multi-sector verticals, shaping revenue strategy and market positioning. Build and execute high-impact business development programs targeting government, enterprise, and global supply chain contracts. Create tailored, high-margin solutions in warehousing, transport, fulfilment, and last-mile delivery. Drive operations, warehousing, shipping, freight etc. Forge strategic partnerships and close transformative deals in fiercely competitive markets. Drive pricing, contract structures, and profitability with a balance of speed, precision, and risk management. Represent the brand at the highest levels—government tenders, corporate boardrooms, and industry forums. The Profile Proven CCO, Commercial Director, or equivalent in 3PL, or multicomplex family conglomerates. Multi-sector experience must include government contracting and at least two of retail, e-commerce, industrial, food, or automotive. Exceptional dealmaker with a track record of closing high-value, long-term contracts. Commercial strategist with operational fluency able to work seamlessly with operations and technology to deliver promises. Gravitas, credibility, and the ability to inspire both clients and teams.
