20 yearsJob Description : President Location: United States Industry: Steel Production & Advanced Metallurgy Salary: $650,000 + NET Profit Share + 401+ Gym Membership. We are seeking a visionary and results-driven President to lead one of America’s most advanced steel producers. This role will oversee multiple large-scale manufacturing facilities, electric arc furnace (EAF) operations, and cutting-edge metallurgical technologies. The President will drive operational excellence, innovation, and commercial growth while ensuring the business remains at the forefront of sustainable steel production. Leading several factories and manufacturing proceedures along with state of the art German technology this role will be a balance between operational lean compliance and commercial growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead overall corporate strategy, operations, and financial performance across all manufacturing sites. Oversee production processes including EAF operations, continuous casting, rolling mills, and downstream processing. Drive the adoption of advanced technologies, automation, and Industry 4.0 solutions to enhance productivity and quality. Lead safety, sustainability, and environmental stewardship initiatives in line with U.S. and global standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with major customers, suppliers, and industry stakeholders. Develop leadership teams, ensuring succession planning and talent development at all levels. Manage capital investment programs and technology upgrades to maintain competitive advantage. Represent the company at industry forums, trade associations, and governmental engagements. Proven track record as a senior executive (President, COO, or equivalent) in steel, metals, or heavy industrial manufacturing. Deep knowledge of EAF operations, steelmaking technologies, and plant management. Demonstrated success in driving operational efficiency, safety culture, and profitability. Strong commercial acumen and ability to negotiate high-value contracts. Experience in leading multi-site operations with large workforces (2,000+ employees). Engineering, metallurgy, or related technical degree preferred; MBA desirable. A track record of delivering 10% growth yoy and leading complex P&L's.
