Job Description : Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Singapore Global Leadership Opportunity | Strategic Finance | Conglomerate Exposure We are pleased to be retained by a leading Singapore-based multinational conglomerate with diversified interests in Pulp & Paper, Palm Oil, and Energy, and a strong operational footprint across global markets. The organization is seeking to appoint a Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to spearhead its global finance function. This is the top-most finance role in the group and will be based in Singapore, reporting directly to the Board of Directors. Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic financial leadership across all group companies and international operations Drive long-term value creation, capital efficiency, and risk management Lead global financial planning, governance, investor relations, and compliance Partner with business heads to support growth, investments, and operational excellence Candidate Profile: A seasoned finance leader with 20+ years of progressive experience, including at least 5 years as Group CFO or equivalent in a global enterprise Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent professional qualification is mandatory Demonstrated expertise in managing complex, multi-country finance ecosystems Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and stakeholder management skills Proficiency in Mandarin will be a significant advantage, given the global business context This is an outstanding opportunity for a high-caliber finance professional to join the leadership team of a dynamic, growth-oriented conglomerate with global ambitions.
