What you'll do: As General Manager Operations based in Kuala Lumpur, you will play a central role in shaping the success of the brand’s Malaysian operations. Your focus will be on ensuring that every outlet delivers outstanding customer experiences while maintaining efficient back-of-house processes. You will work hand-in-hand with the CEO to analyse performance data and translate insights into actionable plans that enhance profitability and market reach.
