Job Description : Store Manager for Modern Trade supermarket, ANGOLA KRA Complete Store Management Scheduling and assigning of employees Maintain Store job results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining staff members Ensure availability of merchandise and services by working closely with Category and warehouse team Maintaining inventory and carry out daily PI and GI/AI Maintaining of all licences and work closely with Admin department, represent Company in all Government Visits Manage all controllable coststo keep operations profitable Attention to detail Should be well proficient in MS-Office (Excel in specific)and also other analytical tools Ensure standards of customer service, display and maintain planogram Desired years of Exp : 8-10 years
