Job Description : Senior Finance Manager – Construction Industry Location : Dubai/Fujairah Salary : AED 30,000 – AED 35,000 + Annual Benefits *CA/ACCA/CPA certification is mandatory. Our Client, a well-established Construction & Contracting Group is looking for a Qualified, Talented & Strategic experienced Senior Finance Manager with a strong background in the Construction Industry. This role will lead financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and compliance while partnering with operations and project teams to ensure financial performance across multiple construction projects. Key Requirements: - CA/ACCA/CPA certification is mandatory. - Minimum 10yrs of UAE experience handling Finance portfolio in Construction Industry is MUST . - Should have min 5yrs in a Managerial role. - Strong knowledge of Financial Planning & Analysis, Budget Forecast, Cash Flow Management, Project Financing & Cost Controlling - Experienced in extensive Bank Dealings, Treasury Management & Letter of Credit formalities - Proficiency in SAP & MS Excel - Detail-oriented, analytical, and organized with excellent communication skills in English & Arabic
