Chief Financial officer

Job Description : CFO SENEGAL FOR MINING Right-hand man of the Managing Director and key contact for the Group CFO. You will manage all financial and support functions for a comprehensive and technically demanding mining operation, combining extraction, ore processing, and industrial logistics. Your mission: Support general management in strategic decisions by providing detailed and proactive financial analysis; Supervise the accounting, management control, tax, purchasing, logistics and IT teams on a site with high operational challenges; Guarantee the reliability of accounts, the rigor of financial reporting (standards of a listed group), and compliance with local tax and regulatory obligations; Ensure the monitoring of investments, the structuring of financial flows and the implementation of management dashboards; Be a recognized contact with the Senegalese authorities and local partners; Maintain a high level of requirement in terms of compliance, economic analysis and operational performance. The Successful Applicant With a higher education in finance (Business School, MSTCF, DESS, DSCG, etc.), you have at least 12 years of experience in financial management roles within an industrial group, preferably in the mining sector or in the processing of raw materials. You have already worked on complex, multi-site or integrated industrial operations. You combine leadership, field sense, agility and integrity. Fluent English required.
