Job Description : COMMISSIONING AND OPERATIONS MANAGER SOUTH AMERICA ( MUST BE SPANISH SPEAKER) Important multinational company that is part of the P&C (Property and Casualty) sector. Job Description Lead and coordinate the commissioning activities of large-scale pumping stations or water treatment plants, ensuring systems meet design specifications and operational requirements. Develop and execute commissioning plans, procedures, and protocols, including pre-commissioning, functional testing, and performance validation. Supervise and support installation, start-up, and optimization of mechanical, electrical, and control systems related to water infrastructure. Collaborate with engineering teams, contractors, and project stakeholders to resolve technical issues during the commissioning phase. Monitor and document the performance testing and operational readiness of equipment and systems, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards The Successful Applicant Engineering professional or certified operator with a master's degree. Must hold credentials demonstrating a minimum of ten (10) years of proven experience as a specialist in the commissioning of pumping stations or water treatment plants. This experience must include participation in at least one (1) project involving the commissioning and/or operation of a pumping station with a design flow
