R & D Head

Job Description : Head – R&D (NPD) for one of our manufacturing client based in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate should be a BE in ECE or Mechanical Engineering, with a PhD being an added advantage, and bring 20+ years of experience with at least a decade in NPD and R&D functions. Desired candidate must be a young, energetic, aggressive, and result-focused leader with strong exposure to handling complete NPD processes and a proven track record of launching successful products. The focus will be 90% on pumps catering to agriculture, residential, industrial, EPC, and solar sectors, and 10% on cables, wires, and pipes. The position demands excellent leadership skills to manage a team of 25+ members, the ability to thrive in a complex and volatile business environment, and strong R&D expertise to drive innovation.
