Job Description : FP & A HEAD ABU DHABI UAE a top-tier investment advisory firm based in the UAE. Job Description Strategic Insight: Advanced budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning. Financial Modeling: Expert-level financial modeling and scenario analysis. Business Partnering: Align financial strategy closely with business objectives. Analytical Rigor: Proficiency with advanced analytics (Power BI, Tableau). Communication & Leadership: Effective influencer at the executive level. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, or related MBA (Finance) advantageous CFA strongly preferred Minimum 10-12 years in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance roles Significant experience in senior FP&A positions at complex group structures or sovereign-backed entities Demonstrated experience in implementing performance monitoring frameworks (BSC, OKRs, KPIs) Proven leadership of FP&A teams, ideally within growth environment What's on Offer Opportunity to be part of a top-tier Investment advisory firm Extensive exposure to international markets
