Job Description : Sales Manager ???? ???? Location: East Africa Key Responsibilities: ? Build and manage relationships with distributors, contractors, and export clients ? Prepare proposals, quotations & technical documentation ? Coordinate with production & logistics for timely deliveries ? Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies ? Mentor and train sales representatives ? Ensure timely collection of receivables ? Support production planning based on pending orders and priority Requirements: Engineer + MBA from a premium institute . 10–15 years of sales experience in the Chemical / Paint / Iron and steel Industry preferred . Strong knowledge of B2C sales, distributor management, and export sales.
