Job Description : Larsen & Toubro Heavy Civil Infrastructure IC for DGM / Senior Manager - Contracts Administration and Claims Management for Hydel & Tunnels Business Unit. Location: Assam Qualification – B. Tech (Civil Engineering), Masters / NICMAR in Construction / Project Management with 20 to 26 of experience. Experience – Minimum 10 yrs, Suitable experience in Civil projects (Hydel, tunnel, underground structures) [Mandatory] Position – Minimum 10 yrs as Contracts Manager with experience in FIDIC Silver book 1999 Expectations - Should have handled Notifications, Variations, Claims, EOT, Disputes. Skills – Contract reading and interpreting skills, good drafting skills, negotiation skills.
