10 yearsJob Description : SALES DIRECTOR BAHRAIN Director of Sales Location: Bahrain Industry: Alcohol Retail About the Role We are seeking a highly accomplished Director of Sales to lead the commercial strategy, revenue growth, and market expansion of a leading alcohol retail business in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background with top alcohol retailers, an established industry network, and proven experience in driving large-scale sales operations. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement the overall sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, distributors, hospitality groups, and key accounts across Bahrain. Lead, coach, and inspire the sales team to achieve exceptional performance. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify new opportunities. Drive negotiations on major contracts and partnerships to maximize business outcomes. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales with branding and customer engagement initiatives. Provide regular reporting, forecasting, and performance updates to senior leadership. Ensure compliance with all Bahrain’s local regulations and licensing requirements in the alcohol retail sector. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 10 years of progressive sales leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior role in similiar industry. Proven record of exceeding sales targets and driving sustainable business growth. Strong professional network within Bahrain’s alcohol retail and hospitality sectors. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to execute operational excellence.
