Job Description : FARM WORKSHOP MANAGER TANZANIA a highly capable and experienced Head Agriculture Vehicles Workshop. Job Requirement - Repairing and Maintenance of Heavy Agriculture Vehicles and Farm equipment repair and service timely - Controlling and ensuring spares are in stock and managing technical stores - Good Team leader in managing workshop and stores team - Healthy and travel savvy Qualifications Bachelors degree in Automobile engineering Minimum 20 to 25 years and at least 5 to 7 yrs experience as Head of Agri Vehicles and Farm equipment workshop Handled technical stores Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional workshop and field teams Fluent in English. Advantageous Knowing spoken Swahili language Valid Heavy vehicles driving license mandatory Computer literacy, especially in Excel, ERP/stock management systems Terms of Employment Full-time position Initial 24-month contract (renewable based on performance) Field visits and regional travel required Preference having prior Africa experience Medically FIT and Travel Savvy PL NOTE : A.
