Key Responsibilities: ???? Lead Sales & Collections, manage sales teams, and execute marketing strategies. ???? Oversee Tube Mill operations: production planning, maintenance & HR management. ???? Manage imports of raw materials & trading items, liaising with global suppliers. ???? Ensure healthy finance & cash flow, optimize stock & debtor days. ? Requirements: 10+ years in senior management within steel tube manufacturing. Strong leadership & communication skills. Proficiency in Excel, financial analysis, budgeting & process optimization.
