General Manager Finance

Job Description : GM FINANCE TANZANIA 18+ years experience 1.Provide executive management advice on all financial activities and implications for the companys in parent company named Admire oil ltd and its minor companies admire lubricant and admire energy 2. Preparation of various Financial Statements i.e., Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account along with necessary schedules and projected cash flow statements of Admire oil and admire energy. 3. Oversee the financial operations of the group company including data keeping, proper records of all financial transaction. 4. Manage the companys accounting departments and implement best practices. 5. Managing and coordinating monthly reporting and forecasting processes. 6. Provide advice and guidance to upper management on future financial plans and make recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance. 7. Participate in key decisions as member of the executive management team to promote and enhance the company value as a Group. 8. Manage, oversee and support all other departments (i.e. marketing and sales, human resource, Administration/procurement and project management department). 9. Manage and mitigate key elements of the companys risk profile in Group Company. 10. Do any other duties as assigned by management.
