Job Description : ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR INFRASTRUCTURE PLANNING in DUBAI Salary - AED 50,000-55,000 (All inclusive) + Annual Bonus -The role holder is responsible for leading the pre-conceptual design of all infrastructure systems for assigned projects in alignment with the proposed master plan The role holder translates master development visions into infrastructure plans, ensuring optimal sizing, placement, & integration of all utility systems, roadways, & public realm technical components The role holder collaborates with key internal stakeholders & external partners (consultants) to establish infrastructure planning standards & frameworks, technical standards, & design guidelines, conduct technical feasibility studies, & develop phasing strategies that support the company’s objectives Minimum 10 years of experience in infrastructure planning, engineering design, or related technical disciplines for large-scale developments Demonstrated success in infrastructure master planning for major mixed-use developments, preferably within the UAE or GCC Advanced understanding of UAE infrastructure standards, codes, and regulatory requirements;Comprehensive technical knowledge across infrastructure disciplines (utilities, transportation, public realm) Strong capabilities in infrastructure capacity planning, demand forecasting, & system optimization Experience in real estate projects in the MENA/GCC region
