Job Description : HR AND ADMIN MANAGER ABU DHABI Role & responsibilities 1. HR Strategy & Operations Develop and implement robust HR frameworks: policies, procedures, performance management systems, recruitment processes, onboarding, compensation & benefits, career pathing, and retention strategies. Lead the full recruitment lifecycle (white-collar and blue-collar), coordinate interviews, and manage onboarding/offboarding processes. Facilitate performance management cycles, succession planning, and talent development programs. Preferred candidate profile Oversee PRO activities, visa processing, expatriate logistics, staff accommodation, transportation, and travel logistics. Manage office operations, including facilities management, procurement, licensing, vendor contracts, and internal communications. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline. A minimum of 10 to 15 years HR and/or administration experience, including significant experience in UAE oil & gas or infrastructure project environments.
