Job Description : Head of International Sales & Distribution with a major premium alcoholic drinks business headquartered in Europe. This is a career-defining role for a proven sales leader ready to drive global expansion across India, UAE, Turkey, China, Western Europe, East Asia & Australasia. THE ROLE You will take full ownership of international sales and distribution, shaping RTM/GTM strategies and building world-class distributor networks that deliver premium positioning, market share, and legacy growth. This role demands a leader who thrives in competitive, fragmented, and low-awareness markets someone who can launch, scale, and elevate brands to category leadership. WHAT YOU’LL DELIVER Market Expansion – Develop and execute entry strategies across diverse high-growth regions. Distributor Leadership – Select, negotiate, and manage premium distributors to scale brands with pace. Sales Performance – Drive double-digit growth and category leadership through focused execution. Brand Building – Adapt brand storytelling and activations to resonate with local cultures. Commercial Control – Own the sales P&L, delivering margin growth and sustainable ROI. Strategic Agility – Stay ahead of competitors with sharp insights and dynamic execution. THE PROFILE WE’RE SEEKING International Rainmaker, 7–10+ years of premium FMCG/alcohol sales leadership across multiple markets. Proven Builder,Track record of brand launches in Asia and the Middle East (non-negotiable). Distributor Architect, Demonstrable success in creating and managing high-performing distributor networks. Commercial Strategist, Strong grasp of pricing, profitability, trade marketing, and brand positioning. Cultural Chameleon, Ability to navigate complex markets across MENA and Asia with ease. This role is not for the faint-hearted.
