Experienced in M&A, Business diversification, Go to Market strategy, 5 year strategy roadmap. Worked on incubation of new business in Infrastructure, Utility Energy . Worked on financial models using NPV, DCF and Asset based valuation. Engaged with stakeholders in the Senior Management to develop market study and assisted in decision making for new investment, business performance improvement.
