Job Description : COUNTRY HEAD GHANA FOR STEEL 15+ years experience Explore the whole steel market to look at opportunities. - Be dynamic and establish contacts and build credibility with Steel mills (source) - Develop customers and gain their confidence - Create value addition to act in between the producer and consumer - Ensure revenue generation with fewer risks. - Gauge the trustworthiness of both producer and consumer before financing a deal. - P & L responsibility - Business Development in Ghana and West Africa - New Product Identification - Achieving Growth and meeting Sales Target - Fulfilment of Regulatory Requirement - Responsible for all other functionals and related work - Reporting Sales and Expenses and Sales Forecast - Setting up of System and Processes Qualification And Experience: 1. Graduate & MBA with 8-12 years of experience in selling the Steel Products. The incumbent should be proficient with Steel sales and have a good understanding of the Steel Market. 2. Capable of working independently and self driven 3. Strong exposure to sales of Steel Products 4. Ability to work in a matrix environment 5. Proven track record of team handling experience nationally 6. Proven ability to scale up businesses from x to 10x 7. Well-connected within the local market and display impeccable local market understanding 8. Experience independently building, pursuing and closing a large pipeline of leads 9. Technologically Savvy - ability to learn what is needed to support deal's successful implementation and optimization 10. Excellent networking skills with a proven ability to develop long-lasting relationships with customers 11. Ability to deliver the highest standards of customer service 12. A solid understanding of budgeting and business planning is essential 13. Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels, including people-management, leadership and both written and verbal communication skills. 14. Understanding and sensitivity towards cultural differences
