Sales Head

Job Description : Head of Sales Nigeria A fast growing manufacturing company, with national footprints and opportunities to expand beyond Nigeria, urgently needs the service of an aggressive, targets-driven and results-oriented Head of Sales. The sought after candidate will drive sales coverage by expanding existing route/territory and developing new ones, deliver region/area volume and value sales targets via aggressive development of distributor network and capabilities across the country, etc. Minimum Requirements: • First Degree or its equivalent in any relevant discipline. A Master Degree and professional certifications are added advantage • Minimum of 15 years cognate experience in sales, with at least 5 years at a senior management level in a reputable company • He/She must possess strong competence in business partnering, negotiation and aggressive selling, with excellent oral and written communication and sound business presentation skills.
