Chief Financial Officer

Job Description : FO based in Yangon, Myanmar. YMP is a leader in distributed power generation & distribution using renewable energy with more than 300 operating power plants in Myanmar. YMP is funded by IFC - International Finance Corporation, Norfund and Yoma Strategic Holdings along with AC Energy, with total funding of USD 68 million to date. Our CFO will be a senior executive responsible for managing all the financial actions of our company. The CFO's duties include budgeting, tracking cash flow & expenses and auditing, as well as analyzing the company's financial strengths and weaknesses and proposing corrective actions. The CFO will also be responsible for loan supervision, financial projections and analysis. Minimum 15 years’ experience in accounting and financial management practices preferably in the power sector and experience in dealing with international investors. Experience in senior management positions. Solid GAAP/International Accounting standards experience. MBA or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or equivalent experience. CA is preferred. Proficiency in accounting software, word processing, and spreadsheets.
