Lead Finance & Accounts with compliance to accounting standards & controls ?? Oversee budgeting, MIS reporting, variance analysis & financial statements ?? Manage manufacturing costing, cost control & inventory accounting ?? Liaise with banks for funding, facilities & treasury management ?? Provide strategic financial insights for management decisions ?? Drive process improvements & best practices in reporting systems ????????????????????????????????????????????????: ? Chartered Accountant (CA) ? Experience in manufacturing industry ? Strong expertise in costing, MIS reporting & bank liaising ? Excellent analytical, communication & leadership skills ? Ability to work independently in a dynamic business environment
