Job Description : Procurement Manager | Muscat, Oman We’re on the hunt for a dynamic Procurement Manager to take the lead on all 3rd Party Supply requirements, driving procurement strategies that power complex projects from pre-sales bids through to successful execution. This isn’t just another procurement role — you’ll be at the center of high-impact projects, collaborating across Business Development, Project Management, Engineering, and Marketing teams to shape procurement into a true business enabler. What You’ll Do · Act as the go-to expert for procurement throughout pre-sales and execution. · Build and deliver procurement strategies aligned with project and business goals. · Drive cost optimization without compromising quality or continuity. · Spot risks early and engineer solutions across all procurement categories. · Cultivate and strengthen supplier and vendor partnerships. · Hold vendors to the highest standards of quality, service, and delivery. · Partner with Legal, Finance, Logistics, and Project teams to streamline the full Purchase-to-Pay cycle. · Track and report spend, driving transparency and margin improvement. What You Bring · Proven expertise across: Towers, Shelters, Power, Gensets, Microwave, Telephony, CAD Solutions. · Strong exposure to Civil & Infrastructure services, Telecom Site Acquisition, Tower Erection, and Fencing. · CIPS certification (or equivalent) preferred. · Proficiency in ERP systems, databases, and e-bidding tools. · A track record of leading procurement that makes a real business impact. · If you’re ready to lead, innovate, and deliver in a role where procurement is at the heart of success, we’d love to hear from you.
