Managing budgets and resource allocation to meet production targets and cost objectives. The Successful Applicant A successful Head of Factory should have: A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. Proven experience in factory operations within the FMCG industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams effectively. In-depth knowledge of production planning, quality control, and safety protocols.
