Job Description : GM TECHNO COMMERCIAL, MUMBAI FOR INDUSTRIAL INFRATRUCTURE PROJECT A leading Industrial Infrastructure company is looking for Head - Techno Commercial for its Mumbai location. Qualification: B.E.(civil/mech/elect), M.TECH (CM/PMP), MBA (PMP/CM) Experience: 15 to 20 years, Industry: Construction / Developer (real estate or infra), Foreign Funds, PMC Mush haves: a) Must have managed investment & development of large project - preferably Indl Park. b) Must understand the entire business process. c) Ability to work independently with designers, evaluate specs tech-commercially, should be conversant with modern technology in const. should be hands-on with market trends. d) Must be very analytical. e) Should be adept at working with C level and others. f) Excellent communication skills - oral & written. g) Should be able to handle pressure situation. h) Must be a good team player.
