Job Description : Accountant" for Leading Real Estate Company in Central Africa We're seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team in Central Africa. As an Accountant, you'll play a critical role in managing financial reporting, project costing, and compliance for our leading Real Estate company. Key Requirements: 10+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in the construction, EPC, or real estate industry - Strong expertise in financial reporting, project costing, and compliance - Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Job Details: - Location: Central Africa (Head Office, not site-based) - Full-time position - Report to: Finance Manager or Head of Finance Responsibilities: - Manage financial reporting, including preparation of financial statements and reports - Track and analyze project costs, ensuring accurate financial planning and execution - Ensure compliance with financial regulations, standards, and company policies - Maintain and manage financial records, including accounts payable and receivable - Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless financial management
