We are a leading company in the recycling sector, committed to sustainability and innovation. Responsibilities Manage and supervise the daily operations of the recycling production line. Coordinate teams to ensure operational efficiency and production targets are met. Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance on all recycling line equipment. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Requirements Technical or higher education in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Management, or related fields. Proven experience in production and industrial maintenance management, preferably in recycling or plastics production companies. Knowledge of plastic recycling processes and associated technologies. Leadership skills and ability to work in a team. Strong commitment to safety, sustainability, and quality. Location : Mozambique.
