Job Description : GM ANGOLA FOR FMCG 15-20 years experience Plans, organizes, leads and controls all the Production, financial, operational, commercial and administrative activities of the subsidiary office. • Reviews and studies policies and regulations of Angola subsidiary and presents amendments if any to the managing director. • Signs different contracts that concern the subsidiary office in consultation with the subsidiary office’s Managing Director and Management Team. • Hears the reports of the department heads and instructs on actions to be taken by the department heads. • Makes regular and scheduled work visits to supervise the factories, the stores ,sites and sales stations • Evaluates and approves the different budgets of the departments and submits it to the managing director • Prepares and submits regular formal interim and annual Managerial, Financial, Operational Marketing and other reports to the Managing director. • Ensures the prevalence of conducive work atmosphere in the subsidiary office • Assists in all the duties of the Managing directors office in the subsidiary office. • Acts as member and secretary of the management team.
