Job Description : Lead – Treasury · Qualification: CA / MBA in Finance · Experience: 10 to 15 Years · Job Location: Lagos, Nigeria Description: 1. Oversee the financial activities and strategies of an organisation that operates in multiple currencies and multiple locations. 2. Responsible for managing the risks and opportunities associated with foreign exchange fluctuations, hedging strategies, cashflow optimisation, liquidity management and regulatory compliances. 3. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to treasury operations and transactions. 4. Compliance with the management directives. 5. Develop and implement the treasury policies and procedures for the organisation. 6. Design and execute effective hedging strategies to mitigate the impact of currency fluctuations on the organisation’s financial performance. 7. Manage the cashflow and working capital of the organisation across multiple currencies an regions. 8. Optimise the liquidity and funding positions of the organisation and ensure optimum utilisation of the financial resources. Minimization and best utilisation of idle cash. 9. Establish and maintain relationships with banks, financial service providers, and regulators. 10. Provide financial analysis and advise on the impact of currency movements, market conditions, and business opportunities on the organisation's financial objectives and strategies. 11. Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and budgets of the board of directors, senior management, and other stakeholders. Providing financial leadership and guidance to the board of directors, senior management, and other stakeholders Lead, mentor and supervise the treasury team and staff.
