This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in sales leadership, dealer development, and driving growth in the automobile segment in Nigeria. Key Responsibilities: · Lead sales operations for 2W & 3W segment across Nigeria · Handle a team of multi-location sales executives · Drive dealer development and channel expansion · Monitor and enhance the quality and productivity of sales efforts · Plan and execute ATL/BTL marketing & field promotional campaigns · Provide coaching, training, and development to sales associates Candidate Requirements: · 10–15 years of experience in 2W/3W Automobile sales (must-have) · Prior experience in Africa/Nigeria will be a strong advantage · Strong leadership & people management skills
