Job Description : Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to be based in the Dubai, on a initial 1 month contract with view to a long-term/permanent role. About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for an initial 1-month engagement to prepare a comprehensive business plan ahead of a major investor meeting. The plan will be central to securing significant investment and shaping the next stage of the company’s growth. Following the initial project, there is potential for the position to transition into a long-term leadership role. Key Responsibilities Lead the preparation of a detailed business plan and financial model to be presented to investors. Build strategic projections covering revenue growth, cost structures, capital requirements, and profitability. Partner with the CEO and leadership team to articulate a clear investment story and future growth strategy. Oversee and refine financial reporting, governance, and compliance frameworks. Advise on capital structuring, funding options, and cash flow optimisation. Represent the company with professionalism during investor discussions. Ideal Candidate Profile 15+ years’ experience in senior finance roles, ideally as CFO or Finance Director. Background in the marine sector or manufacturing industries strongly preferred. Proven track record of developing investor-ready business plans and leading fundraising processes. Strong expertise in financial modelling, corporate finance, and strategic planning. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Ability to operate strategically while being hands-on where required.
