The Opportunity We are retained to appoint a Chief Operating Officer for a leading automotive group in Saudi Arabia. This is not a conventional senior role; it is a defining position within one of the world’s most dynamic markets. The successful candidate will shape the trajectory of the business, influence the evolution of mobility across the region, and leave a lasting imprint on the future of the sector. The Individual The successful candidate will possess: Extensive senior leadership experience within the automotive sector, ideally encompassing both wholesale and retail operations, with multi-site responsibility at Group General Manager, Operations Director, Managing Director, COO or equivalent level Deep operational insight into retail and importer/distributor frameworks Exceptional intellectual rigour, emotional intelligence, and leadership acumen The gravitas and authority to engage confidently with owners, boards, and principal stakeholders Resilience, agility, and the capacity to thrive amidst rapid, systemic change The ability to inspire, build trust, and deliver transformation at scale Personal charisma and presence sufficient to lead large and diverse teams with distinction The Package The role offers a substantial, tax-free executive package, complemented by benefits reflecting the stature of the position.
