Job Description : Head of HR – London £100k We are working with a dynamic and multi-faceted hospitality group to recruit an experienced and strategic Head of HR. Based full-time on-site in West London, this is an exciting opportunity to join a business with a diverse portfolio, a strong leadership team, and a clear vision for growth. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping and driving the people strategy across the group. You’ll lead a small team, support senior leadership, and bring a forward-thinking, people-first approach to HR operations, culture, and compliance. What we’re looking for: Proven experience in a senior HR role, ideally within hospitality, leisure, or a similarly fast-paced, customer-focused environment A strong generalist background with deep understanding of employee relations, organisational development, and talent management A strategic thinker who is equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves to get things done Excellent knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices A collaborative, confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels
