You will work closely with the Country Leadership Team and have clear succession potential to the APAC CFO role. Key Responsibilities Lead financial planning, reporting, governance, and compliance across ANZ Partner with senior leaders to evaluate opportunities, shape strategy, and prioritise investments Drive finance transformation, working capital optimisation, and continuous improvement Build, inspire, and develop a high-performing finance team with strong succession pathways Ensure robust systems, governance, and compliance with both global standards and local regulations About You 15+ years’ experience including senior finance leadership at Finance Director level or equivalent A proven track record of partnering with CEOs and executive teams to deliver growth and transformation Broad technical expertise across all aspects of finance, and flair for commercial finance business partnering An inclusive and inspiring leadership style, with exceptional influencing and communication skills Industry experience in Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, or FMCG will be highly regarded You will work side by side with a globally experienced CEO who is driving growth in the Australian business, while playing a pivotal role in shaping strategy and supporting acquisitive expansion.
