Job Description : CFO SPAIN Open to Spanish speaking candidates wordwide A leading global agro-industrial group is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead the department, reporting to the General Manager. Functions: - Lead the annual budget process - Prepare quarterly rolling forecast - Maintain an integrated five-year financial model that informs the Council's strategy. - Review macroeconomic assumptions and their impact on prices and costs. - Analysis of deviations and updating closing forecasts. - Design of cost center and object structure aligned with operational processes. - Automate allocations in the ERP and validate their monthly consistency. - Calculate standard cost per product line and update it semiannually - Liquidity management - Optimize cash pooling. - Implement a “cash culture” policy with collection and payment reports per unit. - Coordinate month-end closings with banks and automatic reconciliations. - Bank negotiation - Financial risk coverage - Management control, dashboards and corporate reporting. - Investment management - Lead accounting and administration functions - Validate information for external auditors. - Fiscal management and supervision. - Lead the group's technological strategy and coordinate the IT team. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or similar. Must have at least 10 years' experience (at least 5 leading financial teams). Expertise in treasury and corporate restructuring. Experience in industrial settings is highly valued.
