Job Description : General Manager – Fresh & Frozen Produce | Dubai, UAE ???????? Are you a results-driven leader with deep experience in Fresh & Frozen Produce, particularly in Avocados, Frozen Foods, and regional distribution? We're looking for a Commercial / General Manager to spearhead our UAE operations and drive growth across Retail, Food Service, and HORECA channels in the Middle East. ???? What You’ll Do: ? Lead and grow a dynamic produce business with full P&L ownership ? Manage sourcing, supply chain, and commercial strategy ? Build strong client relationships across the GCC ? Expand our market presence in UAE, KSA, Qatar & beyond ???? You Have: ? 8–12 years in commercial/GM roles within fresh or frozen food distribution ? Proven success in GCC markets, especially HORECA and retail ? Expertise in sourcing & selling Avocados and Frozen Produce ? Strong leadership and communication skills
