Job Description : Head of Microbiology Laboratory ???? Location: Uzbekistan We are looking for an experienced Head of hashtag#Microbiology Laboratory to lead and manage the microbiology function with a strong focus on compliance, innovation, and team leadership. ???? Key Responsibilities: - Oversee microbiology lab operations – sterility, BET, bioburden, water, and environmental monitoring. - Review, validate, and update microbiological methods, SOPs, specifications, and protocols. - Lead media fill (process simulation), analyst qualification, and cleaning/disinfectant validations. - Support qualification & validation of utilities such as water, HVAC, compressed air, sterilizers, etc. - Handle change control, deviations, OOS/OOT, vendor audits, and QMS activities. - Mentor, train, and supervise the microbiology team while ensuring audit readiness. ????
